Meet & Greet.

Looking after the group from start to finish. The group are met at the airport by one of us with the coach and transported immediately to their accommodation. They have a 24-hr assistance number and can call on us for help!

Hotel and transport reservations.

Many of our clients entrust the hotel and transport arrangements to us. Why? Well we know the hotels and hostals because we have visited, and maybe stayed at, them ourselves. We also know which coach companies to use and which ones will get us to the match on time!

SALBCN assistants and/or professional guides.

We can offer bi-lingual SALBCN assistants and/or professional guides at all times. The choice depends on the level of assistance required and identifying the groups' needs. An assistant will make sure everything runs smoothly while a professional guide will offer the more classic knowledge of Barcelona.

SALBCN assistants are at events before, during and after any matches or events so the group leader always has someone to turn to. The assistant is the liason point between the group and the hotel, coach driver, doctor, local team coach and just about anyone you can think of. Spanish and Catalan are spoken in this part of the world and having a tri-lingual person on hand is essential.

Match arrangements.

A real speciality at SALBCN. No one wants to either win or lose 20-0, do they? So we collect as much information as possible on ages and levels so we can provide the best possible matches. We have built up an unrivalled network of contacts in the sporting here world here and an in-depth knowledge of all sporting matters. For example, we can tell you whether you can actually get the games you want when you want.

Tournament inscriptions.

If a tournament is required we can advise on which are the best tournaments in the area and if there is not one that suits your needs we can collaborate on creating a tailor-made event. SALBCN already collaborate/organise various tournaments.

Museums, visits, excursions, etc.

This is where local knowledge really comes in handy. Years of experience in organising trips means we can tell you which ones are more suitable for your particular group. This, in addition to actually handing all aspects of the reservations.
